I’ve been fortunate enough to build a career that has spanned decades in design and marketing. From creatingmy first website back in high school to landing my first real estate client as a freelancer at 21, it’s been a journey shaped by curiosity, persistence, and a love for building things that actually help people.
For the past 10 years I have been focused on building one of real estate’s top-rated website products, working as the CPO with my incredible team at AgentFire. During that time I had the privilege of serving thousands of clients. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on what works, what doesn’t, and how businesses can scale in smarter, more effective ways.
In this industry, real insights are often hidden behind closed doors or trapped in expensive pay-to-play systems. Even when you finally get access, you’re often met with lofty philosophies instead of actionable steps. Too often the advice feels out of reach and impossible to implement. It doesn’t have to be that way.
That’s why Tribe came to life. It began with simply sharing resources that helped our own team improve the way we served clients. It grew into coaching tools our clients could put into action immediately and see results from right away. Over time it became clear that this wasn’t just something for us, but something that could benefit the industry as a whole.
Tribe is our way of giving back. It is about supporting the industry that has given us so much and about building something stronger together. At its heart, Tribe is a place where everyone who joins feels the value, the support, and the community we are creating.
